Report on the weekly wrap-up meeting with the Director of the "Shifobakhsh" National Medical Center of the Republic of Tajikistan

At the "Shifobakhsh" National Medical Center of the Republic of Tajikistan, a weekly review meeting was held under the leadership of the Center’s Director, Professor Khurshed Jamshed Rakhmonzoda, Doctor of Medical Sciences. The meeting was attended by deputy heads of departments, department chiefs, medical residents, and physicians. During the session, several key issues were discussed, focusing on optimizing the operations of the Center’s various units and enhancing the quality of medical care. Specifically, the following points were highlighted: Strict adherence to internal regulations within departments, strengthened oversight of workplace discipline, and ensuring a tranquil environment for patients, particularly during nighttime hours; Monitoring compliance with Resolution No. 600 and ensuring that the relevant officials fulfill its requirements in a timely manner; Increasing the participation of the Center’s physicians—especially young specialists—in domestic and international scientific-practical seminars and conferences, with the aim of expanding their knowledge, refining professional skills, and exchanging best practices; Expanding research activities and encouraging more physicians to engage with specialized literature, publish scientific articles in professional journals, and present their research findings at both the national and international levels. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Director issued specific directives and instructions to the heads of the relevant departments, emphasizing the need for the timely and high-quality execution of assigned tasks, the strengthening of discipline, the improvement of conditions for patients, and the enhancement of the professional competence of the staff. The weekly meeting concluded with an emphasis on personal responsibility, the maintenance of workplace discipline, and the improvement of the quality of medical care provided to the public.
